Raymond Lord began his commercial real estate career in 1987 in Los Angeles, California, as the owner of a small firm specializing in multi-family properties. No facet of the business was too large or too small to fall under his realm of responsibilities, and Raymond to took charge of everything from leasing to advertising, staff recruitment and training to financial and demographic analyses. Raymond’s company transacted properties throughout southern California, eventually reaching into seven western states, as well as Oklahoma and Kansas.

An adroit troubleshooter and demographic expert, Raymond is recognized for his strength in achieving property performance through increased occupancy and cost containment. He has participated in transactions of over 22,500 units in seven states over the course of his career and has earned a reputation as a turnaround specialist for troubled properties.

Raymond attended The University of Florida where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, and Northrop University/Pepperdine University School of Law. He is a member of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the National NAI Multi-Family Investment Council.
