Michael (“Mike”) Coulter has been setting high standards for excellence in client service throughout his        impressive career in real estate sales.  Mr. Coulter started selling real estate while an undergraduate at the University of Tulsa.  His career has spanned more than thirty years of selling and leasing real estate.  As a       licensed real estate appraiser, Mr. Coulter has the expertise to guide his clients in determining what value a property should achieve in the open market. A highly skilled negotiator, Mr. Coulter has been a top producing real estate broker year after year, even when times have been tough.

 

Mr. Coulter is a founding member of NAI Commercial Properties, one of the largest commercial real estate firms in northeastern Oklahoma.  In addition to his expertise with contracts and the escrow process,            Mr. Coulter represents sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants of commercial real estate. Mr. Coulter’s clients value his enthusiasm, market knowledge and unwavering dedication to exceeding their expectations.

After graduating from the University of Tulsa, Mike Coulter joined the United States Air Force.  He served his country for four years during the Vietnam War being stationed out of Okinawa, Japan.  After an honorable   discharge from the military, Mr. Coulter attended the University of Tulsa graduating with a Masters in Business Administration.  Mr. Coulter is a licensed real estate appraiser and a fully licensed real estate broker in the state of Oklahoma.  He has achieved the education requirements and multi-million dollar completed real    estate transaction prerequisite to be designated an active member of the Certified Commercial Investment Member Institute (CCIM) and the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).  Mr. Coulter is also a     member of the National Association of Realtors, the Oklahoma Association of Realtors and the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors.
