Kevin Coulter
Kevin A. Coulter is one of the newest additions to the NAI Commercial Properties family. Kevin is a native Tulsan with a life that has been surrounded by real estate. Growing up in Tulsa Kevin worked summers with his father Mike Coulter. There he learned the value of dealing openly and honestly with clients. Kevin attended the University of Oklahoma where he received a degree in Accounting and Management of Information Systems.
After college Kevin became a licensed Real Estate Associate and bgan working with his father and brother M. Ryan Coulter. He has since gone on to receive his Brokers license and continues to work as part of the Coulter Team. With an advanced knowledge of accounting Kevin is able to help provide his clients unique and useful information about the buying process, investment strategies and help his clients navigate the tax and other accounting issues.
Kevin is dedicated to help insure that each client he serves has the best and most up-to-date information for informed decision making. Kevin uses his experience and education to represent sellers, buyers, Landlords and Tenants.
