Dean made his first purchase of investment real estate at age 21.  Since 1981, he has devoted full time to helping Tulsa area investors make profitable choices in their purchasing, selling and leasing of commercial properties.

Significant Transactions

Dean focuses most on the Retail and Industrial segments of the market.  His recent closings include an 81,000sf retail center and a 54,000sf light industrial facility.  Dean's sales also include a former auto dealership, several Tulsa lounges, a 118,000sf office-warehouse, a 108,000sf food distribution center, an historic office-retail building on old Route 66, Broken Arrow land developed by a bank and a Tulsa mid-town apartment building among others.  Dean is currently working with buyers to redevelop several properties in Tulsa and Broken Arrow.
