Bill Richert

Bill Richert, CCIM, S.E.C., EMS, is a Member of NAI Commercial Properties and president of Richert Properties in Tulsa. He has been in the commercial real estate business for 33 years in Tulsa. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of large development tracts and the due diligence work that goes with these transactions. He has also done site location work for clients both as a broker and as a nominee buyer and does 1031 transactions and reverse exchanges as well as investment property brokerage, syndication and ownership. In addition he is a member of several national forums for exchange marketing of properties. Through his national contacts and marketing venues he has been able to provide solutions and solve problems for owners of properties that would otherwise be difficult to market.

He currently serves as Sec Treasurer of the Society of Exchange Counselors and on the Board of Directors of the CqM Institute.

Bill has been active in the Tulsa commercial real estate business for over 33 years with activities that include:

• National Moderator for the CCIM Partners program

• Member of the National Council of Exchangers

• Obtained CCIM designation in 1979
