Benjamin Davis is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Communication with a strong emphasis in the areas of Statistics and Economics. He began his career as a Market Analyst for Level 3 Communications, a leading international provider of fiber-based communications services. Benjamin joined NAI Commercial Properties in 2006 as an Investment Sales Associate.

In his initial assignment with the firm, Benjamin was instrumental in expanding NAI’s regional reach in the Wichita, Kansas market. Within his first two years in the Wichita market, his efforts resulted in the sale of more than 1,600 apartment units with a combined transaction value of over $39 million. He recently transferred to the Tulsa office where he utilizes the knowledge he’s acquired to focus on multifamily and investment property sales and marketing. Benjamin’s responsibilities include the development of new clients, along with the management of his existing clients. In addition to this responsibility Benjamin also directs all aspects of web marketing, management, and development.

Benjamin is a dedicated proponent of the NAI Multifamily group’s commitment to developing strong long-term professional relationships. He has quickly established himself as a highly effective communicator who can be counted on for thorough preparation and follow-through with clients, lenders, title companies, and all parties involved in the transaction process. He takes an energetic approach to staying on top of current market trends and lender requirements - any factors that may affect a client’s success. And, with a complete understanding of each client’s specific needs, goals and objectives, Benjamin is uniquely equipped to assist them in every phase of the process from contract to closing.

Benjamin is a member of the Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is currently pursuing his CCIM certification.
